1980: James T . Coffey of Toronto, Ohio elected as International Director at the 63rd  International Convention in Chicago, Illinois.
1981: James T . Coffey elected as 2nd year Director at the 64th International Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.

1986: Daniel W. "Dan" Cole of Marietta, Ohio elected  as International Director at the 69th  International Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana.
1987: Daniel W. "Dan" Cole elected as 2nd year Director at the 70th International Convention in Taipei, Taiwan, Rep. of China.
1990: James T. Coffey of Toronto, Ohio elected as 3rd VP of Lions Clubs International at the 73rd International Convention in St. Louis, Missouri.
1991: James T. Coffey of Toronto, Ohio elected as 2nd VP of Lions Clubs International at the 74th International Convention in Brisbane Australia.
1992: James T. Coffey of Toronto, Ohio elected as 1st  VP of Lions Clubs International at the 75th International Convention in Hong Kong.
1993: James T. Coffey of Toronto, Ohio elected as President of Lions Clubs International at the 76th International Convention held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
1995: Floyd Newberry, Jr. of Sardinia, Ohio elected as International Director at the 78th International Convention in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
1996: Floyd Newberry, Jr. elected as 2nd year Director at the 79th International Convention in Montreal, Quebec.
2003: Gary Brown of Urbana, Ohio elected as International Director at the 86th International Convention in Denver, Colorado.
2004: Gary Brown elected as 2nd year Director at the 87th International Convention in Detroit, Michigan/Windsor, Ontario.
2006: Steven Sherer of New Philadelphia, Ohio elected as International Director at the 89th International Convention in Boston, Massachusetts.
2007: Steven Sherer  elected as 2nd year Director at the 90th International Convention in Chicago, Illinois.
2009: Jerry Smith of Wauseon, Ohio elected as International Director at the 92nd  International Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
2010: Jerry Smith elected as 2nd year Director at the 93rd International Convention in Sydney, Australia.

# 2003 International Convention Medals became a pin that could be placed on the convention badge if desired to do so.
 These pins are not to be confused with the International Convention Pins
