(A) District "Top Five" Campaign SightFirst Award Patches- f
irst through fifth place awards will be presented to the five clubs in each district that receive the highest per capita giving to Campaign SightFirst for the year 1991-92.(B) No documentation but feel comfortable that the path was awared to first through fifth place to the five clubs in each district that receive the highest per capita giving to Campaign SightFirst for the year 1992-93.
(C) “Lion's Share" Award one of a series of unique CSF banner patches, is presented to clubs which exceed their PROPORTIONATE SHARE of US $146 per member.
(D) Vision for All Award- Presented to all clubs that give a minimum of
$2,000 to CSFII (June 2005-July 2008).
(E)
The
Visionary Society-Club
will receive banner patch awards reflecting their per-member average level.
