At the MD13 convention in Dayton, Ohio on May of 1995, PDG Neil Andrew, PDG Charles Boring, PCC Floyd Newberry and PDG Dale Wirth ran as candidates for International Directors. PCC Floyd Newberry was elected as the candidate for International Director.

In Dublin, Ohio in May of 2018 at the MD13 State Convention, PCC Forest "Woody" Conrad, PCC Ben Cosgray, PCC Dave Gauch,
 PDG Micheal Gibbs and PCC Steve Thornton ran as candidates for International Director, Steve Thornton was elected as the candidate for International Director.
