The President, Secretary, & Membership Chair are entitled to receive the above Achievement medal
 if their club adds five or more new, transfer or reinstated members during October.
Webmaster note: At this time not sure which order (year or colors) medals were distributed.
In the 1966 ad the medal appears white. Ads in the 70's and 80's appear to be blue.
Program ran from the documented 1966 ad through the1980's.

"Golden Melvin Jones Medallion"

1966
Criteria: If the Club adds 8 or more members during October the President & Membership Chair receive the Melvin Jones Medallion instead of the medal.
This medallion appears in the 1966 ad .

1970
"We Serve" clutch pin

Criteria: The President, Secretary, & Membership Chair are each entitled to receive the above "We Serve" clutch pin
 if their club adds five or more new, transfer or reinstated members during October.
Seen in this 1970 Lions Magazine.
Note: This pin was also used as an "October" Growth pin in 1963 & 1964.

Criteria: This handsome banner will be presented to each club that adds at least on new member.

No documentation  if LCI approved.

The Medallion appears in the 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977 & 1978 Lion Magazines
Criteria: Any club reporting ten or more added members (new, transfer or reinstated members) during October will be
eligible to receive the Golden Melvin Jones Medallion.

Club Membership Directors who have at least three different sponsoring Lions in their club
and whose clubs have a net gain in membership where eligible to receive a pin.

Club Presidents Diamond Award Pin.

For a positive net increase in membership, club presidents will receive a distinctive pin with one-to-five diamonds based on the following:
2 members = 1 diamond pin, 4 members = 2 diamond pin, 6 members = 3 diamond pin,
8 members = 4 diamond pin, and 10 members = 5 diamond pin.
